Its was like an another regular day for me. I got the requirement to add translation to existing picklist field values. The value list was quite long, nearly more than 20. I thought it was so easy and kept for my EOD (concept was, if EOD is good then all good). But when I started to end my day by completing adding the translation , believe me it was a pain for me.
As usual I redirected to translation workbench and selected the language and object and field. Then tried to search the values and surprisingly i didn’t find the values. I also checked the show inactive values but no luck. 😦
May be it was my lucky day and I noticed that when the field was collapsed there were no pagination and when i expand the picklist values, i see pagination. Ding Dong.
I got my solution, expanded the picklist field then redirect to next page, and i found the values.
So the info is there are no tips on the top of the page but it is there.
Long story short, if you don’t see your picklist values in the translation workbench; then redirect to next page using the navigation buttons available at the button.
