Is the COVID-19 outbreak going to impact you as a Salesforce certified professional?

The coronavirus continues to spread all over the world and became a headache for everyone. During this time we have to be strong and fight against this. But for this, we need support from the government, employer and most importantly from salesforce.

Salesforce has taken various steps to support all of us during this pandemic. You can learn more from the below posts.

PFB the highlights
  • Salesforce has removed the April 10, 2020 certification maintenance due date. No certifications will expire on April 10, 2020.
  • Some of the test centers are closed due to this situation. If you have scheduled any certification exam, don’t worry you can reschedule/cancel the same free of cost. Please go through these FAQs for more details.
  • To support the global response to this virus, Salesforce is donating $1 million to UCSF’s COVID-19 Response Fund and $500K to the CDC Foundation’s Emergency Response Fund (Source of this information: Salesforce blog).
